They're educating the market and gaining a new source of candidates, many of whom will move to a lucrative full time placement at some time. It is too early to produce RoI (Return on Investment) figures.

Some themes emerging for our agencies:
- There's value in having a web enabled PC in reception. When a potential candidate walks through the door, establish their patterns of availability. If they're irregular, give them a leaflet and get them to register themselves before you check the paperwork.
- It's worth having one member of staff managing the marketplace rather than adding it onto everyone's responsibilities.
- Partnering with other agencies who have a Slivers-of-Time marketplace can deepen everyone's business opportunity once acceptable margin splits have been agreed. This is particularly helpful as the service gets off the ground.
