I am experimenting

My first booking for Slivers was leafleting for a Housing Association. It covered a few shifts over a few days. At the end, the manager came up and said he was impressed with timekeeping and my work record. He said he needed someone to do office support on a new project. They trained me in how to use their computer systems and I worked there for a month.

I had been employed as a cashier in a casino. But after five years, the late nights were really getting to me. I wanted to try something else, but I didn’t know what. My agency suggested I try some Slivers working while I looked for a new job.

I am looking for either a permanent full time job or a permanent part time one. Whichever I find I am going to carry on selling Slivers in my spare time. I like the variety.
