You can only access a Slivers-of-Time marketplace through the website of a recruitment agency offering this service. They will want to check you before you start, just as they currently vet temps or clients.

Once you're accepted, you will be able to access unique technology, specifically enabling a market in "spare hours". Your marketplace will automatically manage issues in each of your bookings that include:

Sellers (the people selling their time):

• Input their hours of availability for any given day up to 4 weeks from now
• Say when they can be contacted about bookings
• Define "My Terms", their rules for the kind of bookings they'll do and how their pay rate is to be constructed
• Receive details of a booking for which a buyer has committed to their rate by text, email or webpage
• Do the work, get an online timesheet signed and get paid.
