Agreement has been obtained from Decision Makers at JobCentres in the area that Incapacity Benefit claimants can do 12 months of 16 hours per week Slivers-of-Time Working as a route into conventional employment. Slivers-of-Time Working is listed on the JCP computer system as an opportunity for claimants.
